Returns & Refunds
If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order number, full name, shipping address and the item you’d like to exchange. We will then get in touch to provide further details, including the address to return the parcel.
We can only accept products in the following condition;
- Unworn / Unwashed
- Original packaging
Please note, items bought in our sale are final and non returnable.
We will only be able to post your exchange once we have received and inspected the original item at Paw Couture HQ.
Please allow an additional 7 days from dispatch from Paw Couture HQ.
When returning your item, we would recommend using a tracked service. Please keep this tracking number safe to ensure you have visibility of the parcel and can reference should you have any issues.
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or damaged, please reach out to us via email on email@example.com and we will investigate and arrange a refund for you.
If your item is faulty, once it has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund request is being processed. Should we be unable to process your request, we will be in touch with further detail.
Please note that refunds are made to the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to come through.
We cannot accept responsibility for any lost or missing returned parcels. If this instance does occur, you can file a claim through your shipping company.
