UK SHIPPING

We always aim to dispatch items within 3 working days.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as our service at a rate of £2.99

Please allow 7 working days from dispatch for your items to arrive. If your parcel has failed to arrive by this time, please contact us so this can be investigated further.

If there is a delay from Royal Mail beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you are an international dog lover shipping rates vary. You can check these out by adding your chosen items to cart and entering your shipping details.

LOST / DAMAGED / STOLEN PARCELS

We cannot be held responsible for lost / damaged or stolen goods.

In the unlikely event that your goods are lost / damaged or stolen, we would ask that you reach out to the carrier for further investigation. Once the goods are handed over to the carrier, it is their responsibility to get these goods to you, or,  proceed further accordingly as per the situation requires. We cannot offer refunds for any lost / damaged / stolen packages caused by the carrier.
