Unfortunately Royal Mail delivery times may sometimes exceed the standard window. This is beyond our control and we can't accept responsibility for this however each customer receives a tracking number for their order which will give them visibility on expected delivery dates.Ā

If you are an international dog lover shipping rates vary. You can check these out by adding your chosen items to cart and entering your shipping details. Please be aware that any additional taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

In the unlikely event that your goods are lost / damaged or stolen, we would ask that you reach out to the carrier for further investigation. Once the goods are handed over to the carrier, it is their responsibility to get these goods to you.

If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us withinĀ 28 daysĀ of purchase at info@wearepawcouture.com. Include your order number, full name, shipping address and the item youād like to exchange.Ā We will then get in touch to provide further details, including the address to return the parcel.

We will only be able to post your exchange once we have received and inspected the original item at Paw Couture HQ.Ā

When returning your item, we would recommend using a tracked service. Please keep this tracking number safe to ensure you have visibility of the parcel and can reference should you have any issues.

If your item is faulty, once it has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund request is being processed. Should we be unable to process your request, we will be in touch with further detail.Ā

We cannot accept responsibility for any lost or missing returned parcels. If this instance does occur, you can file a claim through your shipping company.

Our harnesses are fully adjustable at the neck and chest to ensure a comfortable and secure fit for your pup.
- Printed durable neoprene fabric and breathable mesh on the reverse

Harness Size Guide
It is important to measure your dog properly before purchasing, to ensure maximum comfort.Ā
The two key areas to measure are the neck (where the collar will sit) and the widest part of the chest, just behind the legs. You should be able to comfortable slide two fingers between the dog and the accessory when worn correctly.
If your dog is is measuring in between sizes, opt for the larger size. If you require any assistance, please do contact us on info@wearepawcouture.com.Ā

I purchased these for my cockapoo who hates to wear a harness , so I have a collection now of different brands and sizes, so when I saw this gorgeous coloured one, oranges being my favourite colours , I could not resist! It is gorgeous , soft to touch and after a little bit of adjusting with an over excited dog not wanting it on and doing their very best to try and chew it off! I found it to be the perfect fit, and she looks amazing , after letting her run around in the garden chasing a ball, she soon forgot it was there! Highly recommend these items , I even ended up getting a free collar and lead which I can use on my second pup! So thank you

The price point was brilliant and they are a design Iāve never seen before. The lead length is perfect, longer than your standard lead so itās great for allowing your dog some freedom. All the hardware on the items is super stylish, the design has been really well thought out. The collar has a lovely soft padding on the inside.
