We use Royal Mail Standard as our service at a rate of Ā£3.99
Please allow 7 working days from dispatch for your items to arrive. If your parcel has failed to arrive by this time, please contact usĀ and we will be happy to investigate further.
Unfortunately Royal Mail delivery times may sometimes exceed the standard window. This is beyond our control and we can't accept responsibility for this however each customer receives a tracking number for their order which will give them visibility on expected delivery dates.Ā

If you are an international dog lover shipping rates vary. You can check these out by adding your chosen items to cart and entering your shipping details. Please be aware that any additional taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
LOST / DAMAGED / STOLEN PARCELS
In the unlikely event that your goods are lost / damaged or stolen, we would ask that you reach out to the carrier for further investigation. Once the goods are handed over to the carrier, it is their responsibility to get these goods to you.

If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us withinĀ 28 daysĀ of purchase at info@wearepawcouture.com. Include your order number, full name, shipping address and the item youād like to exchange.Ā We will then get in touch to provide further details, including the address to return the parcel.
WeĀ can only acceptĀ products in the following condition;

- Original packaging
Please note, itemsĀ bought in our sale are final and non returnable.
We will only be able to post your exchange once we have received and inspected the original item at Paw Couture HQ.Ā

When returning your item, we would recommend using a tracked service. Please keep this tracking number safe to ensure you have visibility of the parcel and can reference should you have any issues.
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or damaged, please reach out to us via email on info@wearepawcouture.com and we will investigate and arrange a refund for you.Ā

If your item is faulty, once it has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund request is being processed. Should we be unable to process your request, we will be in touch with further detail.Ā
Please note that refunds are made to the original method of payment. Please allowĀ 7-10 business daysĀ for the refund to come through.Ā
We cannot accept responsibility for any lost or missing returned parcels. If this instance does occur, you can file a claim through your shipping company.

It is important to measure your dog properly before purchasing, to ensure maximum comfort.Ā
Remember to measure the circumference / distance around the neck where the collar would usually sit. You should be able to fit two fingers comfortably between the collar and the dogs neck.
If your dog is is measuring in between sizes, opt for the larger size. If you require any assistance, please do contact us on info@wearepawcouture.com.Ā

I absolutely love the Cosmos Harness set - the colour is beautiful and they are so well made. The fit is adjustable and so comfortable for my dogs. The bonus is the matching bows and people often comment on the girls bows. I have two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and they currently have 3 matching harness sets from Paw Couture :-)

Beautiful set looks amazing on and fits really well with good adjustability round the waist. Not so much round the neck sadly so will need to purchase bigger sizes as puppy grows but i expected that. Get alot of compliments though.
